ADMISSION TO
DIPLOMA IN GENERAL NURSING AND MIDWIFERY (GRADE-A) COURSE
for the session 2008-2009.
LAST DATE TO RECEIVE APPLICATION FORM IS August 31, 2008 till 5.00PM
Applications are invited from unmarried female Indian Citizen candidates age gorup between 17 and 23 years (as on 30th September, 2008) with 10+2/Intermediate or equivalent level examination having passed in all subjects with minimum aggregate marks of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) (in Main Subjects) preferably in Science for Admission in (DIPLOMA IN GENERAL NURSING AND MIDWIFERY GRADE-A) Course" for the session 2008-2009 on self finance scheme.
Prospectus and Application Form can be had form the office of Principal, School of Nursing, Central Hospital, Jagjiwan Nagar, Dhanbad-826003 (Jharkhand) by sending a request letter alongwith a Bank Draft for Rs.180/- (Reupees One Hundred Eighty) only by post, or Bank Draft for Rs.150/- (Rupees One hundred fifty) only at School Counter from 23rd July, 2008 to 20th August, 2008 during working hours, Bank Draft should be made in favour of BHARAT COKING COAL LIMITED payable at BHANBAD. The Bank Draft should bear on its back the name of the Candidates and his Application Form number.
The completely filled up aplication from must reach the office of the Principal I/C, School of Nursing, Central Hospital, Jagjiwan Nagar, Dhanbad-826003 (Jharkhand) on or before
August 31, 2008 till 5.00PM by Registered/Speed Post.
