Applications are invited for the admission to General Nursing and Midwifery 3 and half years Certificate Course for women to be commenced from October, 2008.
REQUIREMENTS
Should be resident of Kerala
A Pass in +2 or its equivalent with 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology as Optional Subjects.
Age should not be less than 17 years or more than 27 years as on 01-06-2008 with usual relaxation to
SC/ST/OBC.
Application forms can be had form the office of teh Kozhikode District Co-operative Hospital during office hours 9.30 AM - 5PM on payment of Rs.100/- in cash or Rs.125/- by M.O.
