The following posts are to be filled up in “Centre for Promotion of Nutrition Research and Training with Special Focus on North-East, Tribal and Inaccessible Population” on purely temporary basis at its New Delhi Office:
Technical Assistant-Posts-3
Pay Scale: Rs.10,700/- p.m.
Age: Max 30 years
Qualification:
Three years Graduate Degree in Home Science / Biochemistry(Hon)/Chemistry(Hon.)with
two years experience/ diploma from a recognized University/Institute.
Job Duties:
To undertake laboratory work and assist in coordination of research activities
Technician (A)-Posts-3
Pay Scale: Rs. 9,630/- p.m.
Age: Max 28 years
Qualification:
Matric/S.S.C. with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology as science subjects or
equivalent from a recognized board with one year. Diploma in Medical Lab
Technology (DMLT) and one year experience in a Govt. recognized
organization/Institute/Medical College..
Job Duties:
To assist in Laboratory work.
L.D.C-Posts-2
Pay Scale: Rs. 6,527/- p.m.
Age: Max 28 years
Qualification:
12th pass with typing speed of 30 w.p.m. or 8000 impressions per minutes in
computer.(Candidate will bring his own Typewriter. However the Computer will be
provided by the office.)

Candidates possessing the above qualifications may come for Walk-in-Personal Discussion at ICMR Campus-II,Tuberculosis Association of India Building, Ist Floor, 3 Red Cross Road, Near Parliament House, New Delhi-110 001 as per the following schedule: Technical Assistant 10th July, 2010 at 10.00 a.m. (SATURDAY) Technician (A) 26th June, 2010 at 11.00 a.m. ( SATURDAY). L.D.C 10th July, 2010 at 11.00 a.m. (SATURDAY) Those appearing for walk-in-personal discussion should bring with them (1) All Certificate/Testimonial in Original, (2) One attested copy each of the Certificates/Testimonial, (3) Five copies of brief Curriculum Vitae as per enclosed format.
Notes:
The duration is One year initially with periodical evaluation. The appointment is terminable with One month notice from either side without assigning any reason’s. Since the project is purely temporary, the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointments under ICMR or continuation of his/her services in any other project. No benefit of Provident Fund, HRA, CCA, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Claim etc .will be given. Age relaxation for SC, ST & OBC as per Govt. Rules. No TA/DA etc. will be given to attend the walk- in-personal discussion/ test etc.
