What do you think is the most probable diagnosis of this patient ? How would you investigate such a case ? 15

2. A 70-year old male attended medical emergency with recurrent sore tongue (stomatitis), low back-ache, tingling and numbness in hand. Give your differential diagnosis. What investigations will you carry out to clinch your diagnosis ? 15

3. A 65-year old male, presented with acute right upper quadrant pain, ascites and bilateral lower limb varicose veins. Enlist possible differential diagnosis. Briefly mention your plan of investigations. 15

  1. A 60-year old gentleman had a growth in penis for which total penis excision and orchidectomy was performed and radio-therapy given. Later on he was also detected to have diabetes. Presently he is having high fever, local oedema erythema and induration in hypogastric region. He is stuporose and toxic. Indicate possible clinical diagnosis. Give your plan of investigation. 15
