Walk-In Interview For Sr. Residents in ESIC Hospital Jharkhand - May, 2011

Applications are invited for a walk- in interview to be held at ESIC Hospital, Adityapur on the respective dates ( as indicated below) for engagement of Full time Senior Residents (against the post of IMO’s) on Contract basis for a period of one year or till the posts are filled up on regular basis whichever is earlier

Eligibility/ Qualification:-

PG Degree/Diploma in concerned Speciality from recognized University. If such candidates are not available in any Particular Speciality, those without PG Qualification but having at least 02 years experience after MBBS (one year in the concerned Speciality in any Govt. Hospital) can be considered.

Age:- Age not exceeding 35 years as on 31.03.2011 (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rule

Pay Grade: Pay Band -3 of Rs 15600-39100 carrying Grade pay of Rs 6600/-+ other allowances as admissible. Emoluments would be reduced by Rs 600/- P.M
for Diploma Holder and Rs 1,210 /- to be reduced for those who do not have P.G Degree or Diploma

Terms & Conditions:

  1. It is contractual post and period of contract only for one year, however the engagement may be terminated any time by giving one month notice or one month emolument.
  2. Private practice of any kind will not be allowed.
  3. No TA /DA will be admissible for appearing in interview or joining purpose.
  4. The Number of vacancies may change.
  5. The Competent authority reserves the right to fill up of all or not to fill up any posts.
  6. It is a contractual post for one year only and contact will be signed on a stamp paper of Rs 100/- .The Cost of Stamp Paper will be borne by
    the selected candidate.
  7. 02(Two) Days off per month will be admissible to Full Time Sr.Resident which will be computed at Prorata basis
  8. The Candidate will be required to deposit security of Rs 4000/-(Rs Four thousand Only) Through Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund account
    No.1 at the time of joining, which is refundable after completion of contract period and on production of” No dues Certificates “.
  9. Hostel accommodation /quarter will not be provided.
  10. The candidate will be engaged on contract basis for a specified period of one year on fixed remediation with provision for invoking the
    principle “No Work No pay”
